When will I get my order?
- Flower bouquets typically take about 1 hour to arrange.
- Delivery is handled by Lalamove and usually takes 1-2 hours, depending on the distance from our shop.
- Note for Valentine’s Day: Due to high volume, we kindly request customers to book their flowers at least 1-2 days in advance.
How much does shipping cost?
- The standard delivery fee is 200 Baht.
- Delivery is free within a 5-kilometer radius of the shop.
What is the return/damage policy?
- If the flowers are damaged upon receipt, please inform the shop within 30 minutes of receiving the bouquet and send photo confirmation.
- Failure to report within the specified time limits the compensation to a 50% discount on your next order.
Are substitutions possible for out-of-season flowers?
Since some flower types may be unavailable due to seasonality, the shop will try its best to find flowers that are the closest possible substitute.
