1. Order Processing & Preparation

Each of our bouquets is handcrafted with care. Please allow approximately 1 hour for our florists to arrange your order before it is dispatched for delivery.
2. Delivery Rates

Standard Delivery: A flat rate of 200 Baht applies to most orders.

Local Delivery: We offer FREE delivery for locations within a 5-kilometer radius of our shop.
3. Delivery Partners & Timeframes

We partner with Lalamove to ensure your flowers arrive safely.

Once your order is picked up, delivery typically takes 1–2 hours, depending on the distance from our shop and local traffic conditions.
4. Peak Seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day)

During high-volume periods such as Valentine’s Day, we kindly request that customers place their orders at least 1–2 days in advance to guarantee timely delivery.
5. Damage Upon Receipt & Claims
We take great pride in the quality of our flowers. However, if your bouquet is damaged during transit:

Please inform us within 30 minutes of receiving the order.

You must provide a photo confirmation of the damage.

Late Reports: If a report is made after the 30-minute window, we are unable to offer a full replacement; however, we will provide a 50% discount on your next order as compensation.
6. Substitution Policy

Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, some specific types may be unavailable. In such cases, our florists will select the closest possible substitute of equal or greater value to maintain the aesthetic of your bouquet.
