Named in anticipation of welcoming her first daughter, our founder Chloe wanted a name that would celebrate life in its most delicate and powerful form just like a flower blooming for the very first time. “Chloe de Bloom” is not only a tribute to her journey into motherhood, but also a reflection of the flourishing spirit behind every petal we arrange.

Growing up surrounded by nature’s beauty, Chloe developed a deep passion for floral artistry blending colors, textures, and emotions into every bouquet. Her dream was simple: to create a space where flowers could speak the unspoken and connect people through moments of beauty.
